Thank you Or Walk-ins are welcome _________________________________________ SALON POLICY If you are running 10 minutes late past your original appointment time, please contact the salon as soon as possible. The appointment will need to be rescheduled or canceled. If there are available space you are more than welcome to wait accordingly to walk-ins list and wait for your turn. CANCELLATION POLICY You have 48 hour to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge and your deposit will be transfer over to your new appointment. If not made within the grace period of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Less than 24hr notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT A $50.00/100.00 for Color/Chemical or $10.00 for Haircut non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, if a deposit is not made, your appointment is not confirmed. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability. This better serving everyone. We are basing in the recommendation from CDC and prevention. There are new safety, sanitation measures that have been implemented to main safe environment. You will be greeted with a quick contactless temperature check. All clients will receive a covid19 consent form. Upon, we do asked that you please wash and sanitize your hands before we begin our appointment. Full sanitization of workstation, chairs, shampoo bowls etc. will be completed before each client’s appointment. This includes a complete wipe down with disinfectant cleaners or wipes of all surface touched and products used. Multi- use equipment and tools will be cleaned and disinfected before use on each clients. For your protection, please bring a mask. To minimize the amount of guest in the salon, please wait outside or in your car. Let us know when you have arrived and your stylist will let you know when they are ready for you. Additional guest, due to operating at limited capacity, and increased safety procedures, additional family, friends, or children are not allowed to accompany you during your appointment. If you have recently travelled, been exposed to or test positive for covid, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to reduce any potential exposure.
